ara.work was a time-tracker SaaS product that allowed Spanish companies, institutions, SMEs and freelancers to comply with the Spanish legislation approved in May 2019.
Since launch, we’ve acquired a handful of customers who are happily helping us to iterate the product, currently in beta phase.
The co-founders of this products are Juan Luis Montero, Yann Torres and myself.
Why we built it
Spain’s working-time record rules created a practical need for organizations of different sizes: keep a usable record of hours without making the process more cumbersome than the work itself. ara.work was our attempt to make that recording straightforward for employers and freelancers. The early beta and customer feedback helped the founding team decide what to improve.
