The company was founded in June 2024 as a result of a new strategic plan to build tailored software and digital products while still offering digital transformation consultancy services as well as software development services.

A product launched in March 2025 is Rapid Painting Paper. A simple cross-platform app (other stores are pending to be published) for playing with kids to quick painting given words.
